Hon. Justice Musota (Chief Inspector) with Mpigi High Court Staff in the archive

The Chief Inspector of Courts, Hon. Justice Stephen Musota, on Thursday July 13,2023 inspected Mpigi High Court and the Chief Magistrates' Courts of Mpigi and Butambala. 

The Chief Inspector was received by HW Asiimwe Bob, Magistrate Grade I at Butambala, HW Jane Francis Nanvuma, Chief Magistrate at Mpigi Magistrates Court and HW Atukwasa Justine, Assistant Registrar at the Mpigi High Court.

At all the courts, Hon. Justice Musota emphasized the Judicial Code of Conduct, which he said, must be respected and have confidence in their work to continue defending the rule of law.

The Chief Inspector encouraged the Judicial Officers to embrace the habit of continuously reading to update themselves on the newly enacted laws from time to time.

The Chief Inspector was accompanied by the Deputy Inspector, HW Dorothy Lwanga Ssempala and Magistrate Grade I Research, HW Catherine Nankanja.
